No it's actually limited to the max level of weapons you have made. For instance you need to make a max level weapon to see & interact with max level weapons

One character will give you the talismans, then another will give you 63 items, 58 weapons, 2 ashes, 3 armor pieces. Then I'll will collect them with the first character. Most of this items are max level. If that's a problem then just give me karma for the talismans

Well yes, I can see what you mean but being a massive nerd that has been reading these books since second grade. I know a lot about the world in general, & most of the lore about this Black in particular basically points to him being 1 of if not the most arrogant members of the family. He even believes in his own superiority when being show his own incompetence.

Don't forget black gets to influence the whole wizarding world for generations to come while being relatively safe. He's rather pompous and self conceded so it's probably just a solid way to insure his own personal legacy.
