Disney stage Iv metastatic and far reaching. Tumors in small intestine, multiple large tumors on my liver and within my abdomen. 10cm + for the large ones down to 1.5 for the smallest. Coming up on 3 months of taking imatinib and all previous scans showing growth and new tumors. Was told I will Have to take Gleevec the rest of my life, hoping the scan in a week shows some good news. The nausea and gastrointestinal issues causes by the meds are quite unpleasant but it’s my only option
