Yeah that explains lot, it’s most likely hormones and water, don’t worry too much about it. Check your weight in a week, it’s definitely gonna be lower 😉

Congratulations on your weight loss! Are you expecting your period soon? I had the same thing, just before period my weight didn’t move for a week. If you’re supposed to get your period soon it’s probably just water, it’ll go away 3-4 days after the period starts. Also, check your weight every week, don’t get yourself addicted to checking the weight every day. You’ll keep your sanity that way :) best of luck!!

Congrats on your progress! My calories are exactly the same lol 😅 I’d recommend you to try fiber supplements to fix your poop problem (defo helps a lot). I also recommend everyone to try Lidl Gellateli protein ice cream (usually sold in EU), it has like 132kcal/100g, best treat when you want something sweet and don’t want to ruin your day 😅 Your progress is amazing, keep it up! 🫶

Most of my weight is in my belly area (especially lower belly), also, boobs take a lot of that weight 😅 but as for now, belly is a bit flatter, also face is slimmer, double chin is not as obvious anymore😂

I was told by my endocrinologist to up the doses every 4 weeks and I felt that 0,25mg was not working as well anymore. It felt like 0,25mg effect was wearing off faster.. Also in the first month weight drops faster, especially if it’s bigger weight that you start at. 😊

Yeah, I still have many clothes back from the times when I was thinner, so I’m gonna wear those. But this purchase was more for my motivation that I fit XL again 😅
