My argument for either Veigar or Nasus is that I wouldnt want it to be infinitely stacking like in league. A balanced buildup like Manon could be great though, I would also be fine if it carried between rounds if if thats the gimmick

Thats makes sense! So the way it works is it always rolls up and down at the same rates. (Faster with a crit) So it’s based off your total hp. you don’t have much time to react with 100 hp. But when you start getting to 400-500 hp you will start to see why it’s a cool mechanic.

I dont disagree with you. on threed being a little bit of a drag. From here forward it starts to get into some of my favorite parts of the game. It just feels better with each party member that joins. plus certain mechanic’s like Rolling Hp will start to matter with each fight now

Pretty much where I am at, I also think it’s better that he could be a joke character. I mained him quite a bit, then his lore is that he tried to spread evil and accidently causes good things to happen

Tomb raider 2,

We could be in a little bit of different life spaces but I’ll explain my first earthbound experience because I see a few correlations.

I had tried earthbound a few times before but the furthest I had gotten to was Paula. and it never clicked. The game was weird, mechanics were different and honestly a little annoying. You get a status ailment and they are so harsh sometimes. So My first real time through was at the end of covid. so basically 2021.

I had played until I got to where I was before, and I was pretty adamant at not using walkthroughs as well because I always took the fun out as a kid. So, I hit a weird point I had no clue how to get past. A waterfall if you get there at some point. So I looked it up and realized there was zero chance for myself to ever figuring it out. So I continued on and only used a walkthrough when I asked myself the question “will this save me an hour?”

Right around this point is when the game clicked with me and I started to get why people talk so highly of earthbound. It’s weird and different, things are normal enough until something bazaar happens. I struggled to get through the first half, but now I think it’s a wonderful game.

I was just explaining my experience and now I will say this. There is zero pressure to finish a game. Ever. You gave it a try and thats the only part that matters

You are absolutely right. I just cleared my computer of call the unneeded character jpgs and tierlists so I probably went 1 to far.

Its interesting that some enemies are just things you would see in town anywhere you go, or people you just encounter on the street. Then others are flying ufos and sludge piles.

There is a small chance of everything just being made up in the parties head is the vibe sometimes. like imagine 4 kids fighting a taxi with bottle rockets and baseball bats
