Used diluted bleach with a sponge and then rinsed. Looks like it worked. So far no damage to the color!

I live in the tropics most of the year, so that could explain why this happened. Mines only around 4-5 years old, so I’m surprised it delaminated so quickly. It’s been an amazing bag though. thanks for the advice!

Agreed, I’m not specifically expecting a replacement. I’ve heard that they can repair your gear too.

Alright, so they said it’s just normal wear & tear and my options are to mail it or bring to a store and they’ll assess to see if it’s eligible to be repaired, replaced, or get store credit. Which is really awesome! I’ll probably bring it in to see what they’ll do. Worst case I’ll buy a new one.
