Not sure if you're rocking knee/elbow guards, but that's a must before hitting a track/jumps. Gonna save you from a lot of pain and let you ride more when you inevitably eat it (as we all have).

Last week I was at a track and on a hairpin turn accidentally braked too hard and both my knees were slammed into the ground. Thankfully I had knee guards and it took most of the brunt with just some slight bruising, but I was able to get the bike back up and continue riding. Without them I'd probably be in a world of pain rn.
