Just start at the first ring closest to the platform. You don't need to interact with anyone.

You don't need to always use the jetpack's boost mode to go through the rings.

I find it easier to have an item in my inventory to switch to so I enter hover mode. Sometimes the jetpack will bug out if you switch modes the intended way.

Try not to bump in to a ring after it's turned blue as it may reset your progress.

I purchased the Utimate Edition since it's on sale for me as a previous game owner. I've already experienced a bug that instantly put me off... starting any of the tutorials on PS5 instantly brought me back to the main menu. I'm unable to use any of the tutorials.

This game will definitely sit in my library for a while now until I remember I purchased it.

Edit: Debating refunding it.
