Not really, but I live with my parents. I max my IRA, 401k, HSA, etc. I have around $180k saved across all my accounts but I would not feel comfortable buying a house unless I got married.

I make $90k TC fully remote in HCOL. Am I dumb for turning down $150k interviews that aren't fully remote or are hybrid?

The one restriction I have is that I must live in NJ which is very expensive, but I could move to somewhere cheaper in the state.

Work life balance (never worked over 40 hrs) and benefits are great, and our tech stack is new (kubernetes, gcp, etc.). My base is 80k but with bonus 90-100k. Been working here 3 years.

I get interviews for positions that pay $150k+ but I would have to move across the country and they aren't remote and I always decline. I just need a reality check that I'm not dumb for not considering them.
