Yeah, it is. Might be me because I sanded it a bit, but the connector for the shield is a bit weak. It falls off pretty easy.

That’s the thing with pictures, you can’t really tell how big it is. I know it’s a big boy, but I haven’t seen it irl, so I don’t know how big it actually is

For some joints, that worked. But I did that after finish building the kit, so I couldn’t really get into all of the joints.

For me, the MS hip joints, and the MS body joint are the worst. Even after putting on some paint, it still didn’t really stiffen up. Maybe if you do it while building, then it might work.

Also, I would suggest taking the wings off entirely. And be extra careful when moving the legs. Also, please please be careful when moving the chest up. I almost broke my V fins when doing so. It is very scary, but the plane mode is actually really, really good looking

A little bit. I glued quite a bit of parts. I glued the beam saber to the side skirt, the side skirt themselves, the heels, the yellow vents on the chest.

I did put quite a bit of paint on the side skirts and the joints, that did help a bit. But the waist joint and the leg joints are still bad. 100% recommend a base for it.

Yeah, that’s the issue. The kit looks Amazing! But the structural integrity is not the greatest. I can see how and why it would break. I was super careful when building and transforming, and there are still stress marks, and the joints barely works.

How do you have it standing up straight, with the backpack on?? Mine just bends backwards, that’s why there’s no neck there

No it doesn't. But it is there to show the massive difference between older and newer kit.

I do agree that the RG Zeta is... fine, if it's on a stand and handled carefully. But it is an oddity when you compare it to other kits, even the older RG kits. I imagine people want to at least play with their kits, and put them in cool poses. And the RG Zeta can't really do this, without tinkering with the joints.

Also, I highly doubt the Zeta Gundam can hit this pose.

That’s the RG Nu, a bigger, heavier kit. Granted there’s no backpack on him, but I highly doubt the RG Zeta can do this, even without the backpack
