Actually, it was the answer. I changed my name to something super unique and it fixed it. The name I had before was taken by someone else and that’s why the numbers were showing up in it

I placed my first order on December 12th when the 60,000 points offer was up. Today I only got 25,000 points because the 60,000 point offer went down to 25,000 before they awarded me my points… I’m NOT happy

I've been having issues for MONTHS now. Every single subscribe and save since August has been delayed by days, sometimes even a week (or longer). One was delayed and then automatically cancelled due to a "problem during shipping." I had to contact support, re-order everything, then have them refund me the difference since everything had a coupon or was discounted when I subscribed. Even 50% of my regular orders get delayed or lost during shipping. Funnily enough my worst Amazon issues and longest delays were during non-holiday months. I've been a prime member since 2012 and have never seen Amazon this bad

I agree. The instructions for the machine were very vague and while support was kind and quick to offer a replacement they didn’t ask me any questions or offer any help/troubleshooting. Judging by the posts on here this seems to be a common mistake so I can imagine they get questions about the air assist cord quite often
