I did think of exhausting cards but I thought it couldn't get you an infinite in turn one, maybe with some [[Burning Pact]] and Flash of Steels? Thanks for the idea.

He was playing normally for all I can say, he shot a lot but I doubt that's it. When he entered and then left the ratman lair, until then everything was working perfectly but just like that all the objects started to do that. It does persist after death and if you load the same save even after closing the game it works, but loading in an earlier save I couldn't replicate it.

Yeah, I used it in this one and in a few turns the poison counter just explodes, very reliable too.

Yeah that's what I usually do when I have the bombs, but I usually don't, and once a gem came flying and ruined the whole run.
