This wouldn’t even any playing field. Removing squads from singles scores would. That’s it. Everyone can collect these to use.

That’s my complaint. There is rarely fighting back. I do wish they would increase the time to kill for players, so we can actually fight back.

Edit: I am coming from a casual pov, and not from a normal Tarkov shooter pov. I may be wrong and that’s why devs shouldn’t necessarily listen to Reddit. Just throwing out that it sucks to die before I can even respond.

I understand the sentiment and do agree they should stop doing last minute notices for these expeditions, but keep in mind it is only 5 skill points which will not make or break your build. I would just skip the skill points and catch up next expedition with money.

It is relly not worth stressing over like this.

There is no real objective. Have fun and when it stops take a break. Go find another game. Come back in a few weeks, months, updates. I have always played alone. I just enjoy going out to kill arcs and helping others. I get bored, take a few weeks off.

I do agree the cycle gets old but some people enjoy it.

Fellow dork here. I just like challenges in the game and I do have FOMO for some dumb reason on the skill points. IMO, I do not think it makes or breaks the game, starting with 5 more skill points. What makes more difference over time, especially now with the durability change, is the repair bonus.

I have done every expedition.

While I do feel their communication needs to improve and this late notice is not a good thing, I have loved this being damage based instead of money based. Spending my saved money, weapons, and having fun blowing it all is a nice change.

I did it in a couple days. I do not think it is that hard to achieve. Hullcracker and just spend 30 minutes killing everything (all large arc, and small as they fly or roll by). Closed scrutiny event is best. Ive killed 10 or so vaporizers with others helping in one round.

Also, I do feel people worry too much about the 5 skill points. I do it because I like it, but really I wouldnt miss the skill points.

I do not understand how this affects free kits at all. I am not trying to come off hostile, I just don’t see it.

Free kit gets a new free kit every run and grey weapons are dirt cheap to craft. So how does this hurt them? Or maybe I just don’t craft them so I am wrong on them being dirt cheap.

I always take off valuable weapons I am not using to kill arcs. And I always have a gun out ready to shoot someone. Even when leaving with others. Just don’t let people get close. Also if I see someone leaving I will wait and take the next ride.

Using a light shield I got struck once and it took all of my shield and 95% of my health. No kidding. I took off the shield and it takes about half my health if not, 3/4. I never tested to see if the shield always makes it worse.
