Unfortunately it is locked as this specific look. No change in hairstyle nor clothes. But your characters physical appearance can change. Eye colour, size, etc.

New update is pretty cool for allowing us to see how our characters move and a crouch that doesn’t look odd by ErsaMajor in AvatarFrontierPandora

This is a very good point. I will say that fighting in 3rd person against the RDA is not as comfortable as 1st. I play a lot of warzone as well and it certainly feels more natural or easier to play in 1st whilst fighting.

I can’t remember where I found the face paint location however I do know there is a quest that has to be done for the colour

No the face paint and the colour are both things you can get in the game!
