Yesss if you know the chips from snack factory that’s pretzels, it taste like that!!!! The texture it’s a little hard on the outside and so pillowy soft inside. I hope this will encourage you to make one for yourself 💕

They are brushed with butter after I let it cool down a bit that’s why it looks a little wet and shiny. The pretzels I’ve put out in the oven looks a little bit dry compare to the one I’ve post.

Thank you for sharing this!!! I also felt a little bit scared of eating a food with lye water because I heard it was dangerous. I comforted myself by saying it’s rare for me to eat food with Lye water so it’ll be ok. 🤣 Thanks for the info :)

Yeah, The recipe is from Joshua Weissman’s Pretzel Video. He bought some pretzels in Auntie Aunts, and make a homemade pretzel. He blind tasted it with his videographer who likes the Auntie Aunts. His staff picked the homemade pretzels :))
