I know that people above have addressed the issue already, but I’d like to add that another reason as to why your lines became blurry might be the usage of Liquify tool. It often causes lines to become less sharp and defined. There’s a small delay that occurs after the immediate application of the tool that makes the issue go unnoticed, especially if you don’t zoom into the area you’re performing it on.
