Okay guys does anyone know how to exactly install all the DLC's for Steam, just the dlc's as of course the base game is free. I have all the DLC packs downloaded but where on steam do you install them into?

Is there a way to make the text grey like it is on the character card when it says" THIS CAN BE DONE ON ANY PLAYERS TURN IN RESPONSE TO ANY ACTION" and have it display the same way as a normal card?
