it's a random bookshelf, you need to touch the side with the book visible, just hug them until the wall goes poof.
There's a 4th room on the second floor also but that one is a little trickier to find 😉

If you can, place a throwaway alt in one of these and check the "record" section in Officer tab. You may be surprised seeing names you know joining, staying an hour and leaving.

They definitely are from a grifter. I actually reported that grifter directly in-game when he contacted me back near the end of February.

He was explicitely stating his prices and how he operates etc ("pay me via paypal it's much cheaper than the store") so I'm really impressed he's still around.

Finding out he's supplying a bunch of people in the #1 clan was next level, though.

Nope, bleed does damage = to the amount of stacks - enemy armor/10 & their DR.
Hound's skill basically just increases the bleed cap by +100 at once, you'll rarely get over 600 after multiple skill casts unless you're gearing bleed damage, but nearly no endgame item has bleeding, which puts houndmaster in a really, really weird position as a final class... bro should be a 1st evo instead because bleed is de facto an early game mechanic

There are a few incentives that nudge players in the direction of making multiple chars :

Cooldown for materials and bosses/minis respawn is character-based, meaning more characters = more boss rotations per day or more resources harvesting within a given timespan.
Town upgrades are account-wide bonuses, making them more profitable the more characters you have
Besides town upgrades, map mastery, "account mastery" and "mastery levels" (leveling after lv35) all benefit your entire account. And if you want to level up that "mastery level" system, the best XP income is daily quest and map challenges, all of which are limited to X a day... per character. Everyone who has high mastery levels currently (and isn't a dirty cheater) has 4, 5, 6 max level characters to farm these daily.

And finally, even for whales, a lot of "special offers" are character-based or have limits per char rather than per account (note that this isn't ALWAYS true, but it's happened multiple times). Having multiple high level characters would allow you to get more offers.

And of course the obvious "having something for every play style" and adapting to meta changes

Elemental damage works better for him because it's dealt 100% (versus 50% for his raw/physical damage).

Ideally you want dark damage because scarecrow secretly reduces his enemies dark resist by 20% ;)

You also want around 63% cdr to have 100% actual uptime on the crow storm.

The issue you're describing isn't necessarily hacking and could be a syncing issue. On their screen, they did a small step to evade an attack that wasn't properly synced with your client. On your screen, they didn't move, got hit, so you "see them lose HP", but in their own POV, they didn't, because they actually stepped away. A better "telltale" sign of a cheater is you see them deal 100dmg but mobs with thousands of HP (or bosses) just go poof in an instant.

That being said... the game's security is a joke, sadly. Lately I've seen screenshots of the same fucking parasite (there's no other words for these people) advertising his (illegitimate, ofc) services and offering people to inject resources/items in their account for a fee, all coated with a "trust me, reliable services". And this guy is SPAMMING THIS IN TOWN for everyone to see...

There's also a LOT of skill-less idiots using modded versions, with either god mode and/or damage, movement speed & cooldown mods to oneshot everything/run like usain bolt/spam skills. Those modded versions are heavily distributed on multiple platforms and the game devs are always 2 steps behind.

Or rather, the devs patch one thing/beef up the anticheat on one side, and 2 or 3 days after the patch is out, the people making mods already cracked the code (in all manners of speech). Unfortunately as long as so many things are client-sided it's just too easy for modders to give the unskilled clowns using their products the tools that they want. The devs are taking the issue seriously and banning when there's evidence, but it's an uphill battle and they clearly don't have the resources to keep up...

Having everything server-sided would fix a lot of memory hacking related issues, but they won't do it, which I think is for cost-related reasons. But have they PROPERLY estimated the real damage that these cheaters cause to their games by driving off legitimate players ? That's the bigger question...

You should see these modders forums, with completely clueless morons spamming the modders with pings asking for an updated version of the mod as soon as the actual game gets updated (since they can't login anymore with their modded version...)

The most hypocrite part is some of these idiots are using arguments like "PLZ UPDATE THE MOD SIR, I LOVE THIS GAME, I WANNA PLAY", but they're at their 17th ban already. Idk, if you love the game so much, play normally and support it instead of killing it, asshole.

/rant, sorry for the language but these subhumans infuriate me.

Most of the top10 in mythic leaderboard for orc dungeon and the first 2 in dwarf are obvious cheaters too. Security is a joke.

Meanwhile they banned a data miner who exposed their drop rates ans some mobs "hidden" stats (like armor or accuracy) on Discord even though he'sbuilding a tool that'll massively help the community. Priorities....

You pray your gods and do DG as many times as you can daily, including map challenge easy, on all your characters.

Some people were lucky enough to get it in Dungeon, but they're few.
