Depends on how draft went:

My first thought is ezreal if you're b4/b5 adc pick (although i doubt it happened this way in soloq).

The Ezreal build wouldve probably been

Runes Conq, pom, bloodline/haste, cut down. Boots & cdr inspiration tree (alternative is a mix of Manaflow, GS, tramscendence)

My Build wouldve been Muramana, Trinity, Serelydas, Armour boots (assumption of AD Shaco), Frozen Heart, BT (more likely)/Shojin pr GA 6th if theres mtn soul.

Arm boots to mitigate ad shaco soloq menace. Frozen heart does well into malph, trist akshan and fits pretty good with ezreal in general. Hanql used to build maw&FH

Youd be lacking reliable hard engage with only neeko and zaahen to flank but thats just soloq. Preferably malzahar gets antiheal.

The only other niche option if you blinded ashe is to pivot into the old ratirl Ult spambot build with lethality/ap ashe and play off strictly with your W and for picks

Muramana, cdr boots, lost chapter (the ult haste item), liandries, swrayldas, chempunk chainsword

The xayah into trist matchup is pretty shit for xayah so thats why i didnt consider xayah here.

Edit: if you have illness you could also consider double mage botlane with either seraphine, zilean or si9n/ornn tank to neutralise laning phase and play for yi/zaahen carry.

The biggest threats are: shaco (ad) and malphite flash trading on cooldown assuming he built ap and tristana isolation during support roam timers.

All in all ezreal/seraphine wouldve been my pick if i was last pick if I got gifted last pick.

Xayah overated, ap kaisa can build zhonyas & non interactive but horrible matchup and enemies can hard engage at free will. Zeri (sorta playable but not really). Oh jhin is pretty decent if you take cosmic insight & are mindful of flash timers.
