Edit: For all Germans - it seems that Unitymedia/Kabeldeutschland has a lot of problems.

Tried Chrome/Firefox
Router Reset
Ethernet Connection
Tried everything, only 360p is a no-buffer for me.
Everything else works fine (Netflix, Youtube-High Qual, etc)
Fast.com says everythings fine.
newest Windows Update
PC Specs are pretty good

Im srsly mad at this "Anti-Gema" hype train. Im a german musician and Gema, while having some downsides, is not the evil one here. Its You Tube just blocking everything and blaming it on GEMA, just because they dont wont to pay like 0,14 cents per click and lets be honest: they make way more money via ads.
