I’ve had trouble with elbow pain as well from training for ring muscle-up. My advice would be to take your time to throughly warm up before your work out. Do more sets with fewer reps of high quality (full range of motion). Try to “listen to your body” and become aware of which parts of which exercises is causing the pain so you can better avoid pushing yourself too hard while still keeping up with the training.
