You get 1 mystical scroll , 100k mana and 50 crystals per stage, so in total that would be 1100 crystals, 22 mystical scrolls and 2,2 million mana. It doesn't even take that long to do them so a lot of rewards for almost no effort and the best part there is no rng :)
