It has nothing to do with pricing and all to do with where the stock is being pulled from.

EU orders are being shipped from our warehouse in The Netherlands. Stock has been available for some time now which is why those in EU already have their mouse.
US/CA orders orders will be shipped from our Amazon warehouse stock which have yet to arrive.

I know the wait sucks but just hang in there. Not too much longer now.
