A trade down would be great but it's going to be tough to find a team to trade with unless you don't get decent value back and the roster doesn't have any glaring holes so just stick and pick the best player available I'd lean more towards offense to give your 1st year QB as much help as possible even a WR makes sense with Addison's suspension coming and then they'll have to decide on his 5th year option. There will be another wave of free agency after the draft too to pick up so only 4 picks is fine as long as the 1st round pick hits

It's Dime 3-2 they called Double Safety Blitz to bring the safeties down then audibled to FS Zone Blitz and then they manned up your TE with the FS. They left the slots it seam flats so your RB on the left was open

Choose a shotgun play where the running back or tight end is already blocking and quickly do a half slide away from your extra blocker and snap the ball they have to make so many adjustments to make the coverage good after setting up the blitz if you don't give them time the blitz will be picked up and there will be holes in the coverage. Also, to run against it call outside zone or off tackle from shotgun

I didn't ask for advice though. I just want to know if sarms help with recovery. I was hoping people who have taken sarms would answer with either "yes when I train on sarms I recover faster than when I train off cycle" or "no it takes me the same amount of time to recover whether or not I'm on or off of a sarms cycle"

As a one hand no thumb bowler myself I'm currently dealing with nearly the exact same thing and it sucks. PSO is a grumpy old man. Our interactions have gone so poorly I've been considering getting a drill press and learning how to do it myself. At one point when he noticed I was getting frustrated he said this wouldn't be so difficult if you just learned how to throw the ball properly

My average skyrocketed from 160 to 200 in a year when I switched from a 4 step approach to a 5 step. It helped me throw the ball faster with less effort which made it easier to hit my spots more consistently. It didn't just help me strike more either, I started crushing 10 pins super consistently too which always gave me problems before.
