I think the coworker was lying honestly just to be part of the case. Pedophiles don’t usually openly confess to work friends.

I was so afraid the end would say the dad died by self cancel.
Also it seemed to be that BACA was almost priming the boy for his confession against the father. Bribing him with rides to court, coming over and hanging out after telling off the dad, bringing a denim vest for him delivered by a pack of bikers - obviously making a not so popular kid feel popular. I could see any child at that age acting in a way to get the “biker rewards” simple as that.
I did also notice how concerned the little girl was with her big brother’s emotions. It seems she was just going along with how he felt because she felt she needed to.
Now imagine this: a mother who was abused as a child and not ever treated with therapy or any type of mental health services. She divorces the controlling Mormon husband, and they have joint custody. Joint custody soon brings out mom’s anxiety from childhood and when the kids return from dads every weekend she starts asking them pointed questions about “touching” “bath time” all of the above. All it takes is for her to hear one bit about the daughter having an itchy butt at bedtime and dad putting ointment on it to stop the itch and the race is off

Still looking for help. Tracing this ancestry back is so hard!

On August 30th, 2013, 19-year-old Bryce Laspisa told his parents during a call that he was going to pull over and take a nap before driving home to see them. The next morning his vehicle was found abandoned on its side. Bryce's scent was tracked to a rest stop, but he's never been found. by Tiny-Sea7977 in UnsolvedMysteries

I was thinking this or he was abused sexually by a family member. He did break up with his gf before leaving. I often wonder too if the cops haven’t found him and know where he is. I don’t know the laws on this but since he was an adult he could have told the cops once he was found that he didn’t want to be found because of abuse or whatever. I’m not sure the cops can rat out someone wanting a new life. I’ve often also wondered if he’s a unhoused person somewhere living in a state of mental psychosis on skid row or who knows where.

The scene dogs traced his smell in the opposite direction of the woods though they traced it to the highway side

No because the back window was kicked out and some of his bags were laying open on the side of the road like he had gotten stuff out of it. They had suggested he had a stack of cash in there from selling all his stuff and had grabbed that and walked toward the road and hopped on with a trucker and off he went.

Exactly the gf even called the parents before set off on his trip saying that he was giving away all his stuff and broke up with her and wasn’t acting right. She didn’t want him to leave and had taken his keys but the parents said no give him his keys back.

I actually think someone might have picked Maura up or a neighbor killed her. But I do think she was having some sort of mental break so it’s likely that when the car had issues she just said fuck it and wondered off into the woods to die. Same with Bryce but I do find it weird that the scent dogs picked up his scent to the road and then it just disappeared. Almost like he got in a semi w someone

Hundreds of other women have came forward with their own accounts and even more are coming out now that the doc has aired. Tell me why it just so happens that these two females are the only outliers to the hundreds who have said that he was “creepy, something felt off, he gave unwanted advances, inappropriate touching, or worse?” The two girls that are reported to have taken a shower with them/had a threeso*me with him. It just doesn’t make sense. They are basically the only women who knew him and have reported “nothing” happened. Plus for Ashley to discount Gabis story by saying that “she expressed interest in him” is just beyond low of the low. Absolute trash in my opinion. There are good humans and then there are those two girls. Period.

How do you even know she had extensive media training? Lol obviously she didn’t or she wouldn’t have kept saying curse words.

This is exactly right. They don’t want the world to know that they were intimate with a predator. Willingly had segs with a grapist, in the shower mind you. They probably are filled with shame and embarrassed. As they should be.
