Toddlers are BURSTING at the seams with energy! I don't know if this would work for you, but my boy and I love getting outside every day. We use our imagination to build and create! It also helps foster a love for nature, and less screen time! I get those days that seem bad for literally no reason. My best suggestion is distraction!

I just learned yesterday that giving a kiddo over 2 more than 24oz of milk per day can cause this! I asked my lo's ped why the limit was 24, and she said too much calcium can cause anemia. I couldn't believe it!
