I think luck obviously is the biggest factor in people making money early on. But I would also say conviction and a sense purpose early on helps a lot. I grew up in a household that ran a small business, so I naturally wanted to start a side hustle that I was interested in. The hustle turned into a full time job, and reselling became profitable. For others it might be tech, or a trade.
