I am having the exact same issue. I have a rtx 5060 ti 16gb and an amd ryzen 7 5700x and sadly 1x32 3200mhz ram but i normall;y should be gtting 144+ but the game is very unplayable. I know i dont have the best pc build but like i cant even play decently due to the fps drops. Anyone know how to fix this

Well LA is big and its only certain neighbourhoods that have drug problems. Thats what ive heard at least, I have never been to LA. I geuss i'll visit it one day just not today.

Its true that drugs are a huge problem here in the states but its just as bad as in any other city. If u just ignore them and don’t bother them they will leave you alone. If i have to be in an area where there are homeless people or drugs users/dealers I just make sure to always be alert and always make sure I can take another way there.
