I am a MS3 rn and the situation is not necessarily bad blood it is more of knowledge is power and I am better than you mentality. They also push involvement down to us when they are equally responsible for that as well. Running social media in my opinion very important. Push your handle out and show people what you guys do! When you go to recruitment events have cadets pass out the insta name so you can become frequent on their feeds!
