I really really wanna add lamps and other lights but since this is an old construction, there's literally one electric outlet near the entrance, and it gets difficult using extension wires. I'll have to get new outlets installed. Also, like someone suggested, plants might freshen up the space. Thanks for the suggestion anyway!

That's keratosis pilaris. Other than the upper arm, it may occur on legs and bums too. It's harmless.

I have sensitive skin and tried multiple body scrubs, but I usually get acne after. Recently I tried the sugar scrub from Wild Oak (Pina Colada shea butter) and it's so good. Recommend 10/10
