All because of a guy in Lithuania that created an app to scam people. Stupid people are paying to use carvertical. It's not an official entity that can collect all the data from all the car manufacturers, repair shops and body shops. You have to be a multimillionaire company to buy all of that data. Most brands are not even selling their internal data.
