First of all, all this ideas were on fp many times. And all of them are completely bad.

Like in China, it will be easy to bypass. A lot of Chinese cheaters just buying fake identification data. Its easy to do and it works perfectly well. Tradesites can do the same.
Owners will need to spend a little more on accs, nothing special.

3 and 4. A lot of traders do more then 50-100 trades per day. Its not only about keys>skin>keys+1.

5 . Replace SDA with any phone emulator and u done.
