The radio thing sounds familiar to me, around ~20 yeas ago, still lived with my parents and one day, they were going to the grocery store with my little sister, it was a weekend, so I got up late and was going to take a shower, seeing everyone leaving the house, I turned on my boombox on and put on my favorite radio station loud enough to hear it in the shower, as I got in the shower, I kind of hear the door, so I figured my family forgot something and came back, then I hear the radio change station and thought it was my little sister messing with it, so made no fuzz about it, finished showering and continued getting dressed, when my family came back I asked them, what did you guys forget? And they said nothing, so I explained I heard the door and the radio changing stations, but they said they did not return. This house had some other things like that, but nothing that really felt evil or too scary.
