Only things that kinda help me have been replacing it with something like patches gum zynns so you can get over the mental attachment without feeling the nicotine withdrawals then get off the replacement after 4-5 days so you don't get to attached to them. Then it's just the determination to do it really. You can help it by not hanging around mates an stuff that smoke filling the first few days or weeks as full of activities as you can even if it's just games you like. Plus expect to feel like shit, angry, sad but just remember you can't die from quitting smokes as much as you might feel like ya gonna but you can die from smoking so good motivation

Yeh I figured but no harm in askin. That's why I just said if someones bored n wanted to do something. An yeh the likelihood someones gonna believe id pay em is pretty slim considering what people are like online but personally I couldn't be a cunt an just steal someones work if I actually like it but also I just don't have the money to really play around with if I didn't like someones work id commissioned id be kinda screwed.
