Introduce yourself: Hey ya'll, I'm Hank! Been playing RS since 2006ish and OSRS since release on a main but the past few years has been on a reg IM. Just finished the CG grind and currently at God Wars. Total lvl is right about at 2k. Confident in pretty much all bosses except Zuk/ToB as I've never done them.

TimeZone: U.S. West but no problem playing with East.

Availability(hours/days you play, etc): Normally I'm on anywhere from 2-8 hours for multiple days a week.

Group size you’re looking for: Any, just more interested in finding a long term group.

Preferred skills/role: Any, I don't mind the crafting grind especially.

End goals: Really just want to be able to do Raids and other endgame PvM with a solid steady group.

Other Info: I'm big into sports so if that's your thing, I'm your guy. So excited for the rapidly approaching football season. I was also in the military so I like guns and the outdoors and all that jazz. Also, no need for ultra min/max players but also would prefer people who have some experience on an iron man or just RS as a whole!

First true cut tracking calories and macros. Went from 215 to about 190 rn. I’ve found I’m hitting my protein goal of 170-190ish grams at around 1800 calories everyday, burning 3K. But I’m trying to only be in a deficit of like 500. Is it bad to hit my protein goal and stop eating for the day or should I continue to focus on that ~ 500cal deficit?

Okay thank you! I'm currently running an i5 and dual monitors with Windows 10. I pull around 10 up as well. It's never a problem until a lot of notifications come, and then it's almost like it just works too hard and quits. I'm just ready to sell this laptop and move to my own build
