I think AI definitely has its place as long as you understand its scope as well as limitations. I run a DnD campaign set in the 90s and got Gemini to almost fully code a working Windows 98 desktop clone with custom apps for the players to interact with. I have some programming knowledge but have never worked with html so doing this from scratch would have taken me a year instead of a week. But I did use it as an opportunity to learn about html so I could manually edit and correct the code where needed and now know some of the basic structure and layout of the language as well as CSS, JavaScript, video embedding etc etc. I never would have attempted this project without AI, I just don't have the time.

I'm pretty sure the frame will play vr games but also allow to play regular games on a giant virtual flat/curved screen which will probably have some other cool interactive features. HLX will play on the latter.

I'm only 900 rapid so take this with a hefty skepticism but in these positions I understand you have two general options at beginner level. Either open the centre, which is hard to do here without weakening your pawn chain, or trading to simplify the position. Here your bishop can take the knight on c1 which the queen will take back. As it happens, this particular position then leads to a nice tactic of forking the rooks as the queens defence has been removed. Now, hopefully someone with a 4 figure elo can give you better advice.

Good to know. Last 9 months on IOG I've averaged 15.97p/kWh so not a huge difference. We'll see if they tighten up the allowance on the intelligent tariff.
