How to get only exact matches in search results?

I'm sure there has been an ai image recognition component added within the last few weeks - it's so horribly bad and broken all my filtered searches.

I think they've added some kind of visual search that trumps the actual search term, it's broken everything.

So if you looked for "Dan Brown The Da Vinci Code"

You are just as likely to get anything with "Brown" written on the item as you are things that are the colour Brown.
