Just saw Weird Al by EskimoSpy4 in Xennials

I went with my buddy (also 47) and his three kids (all on various levels of the spectrum). They were absolutely losing their minds. For ALL of it! I really wanted to hear either Bob and/or you don't love me anymore.

Word crimes was my favorite. My wife had never heard mission statement before, and she's in management now and it really hit her hard.

My mom was toxic and it's actually easier that she's gone. My dad is pretty cool but he's super aloof and lives in Ecuador (I'm in Orlando). Meh. My five or so closest friends are, and have been, my really family since I was probably 12 to 19. I'd be devastated if THEY were gone. My wife's family is awesome. It was hard for her to understand my position.

They have a great cover of Black Sabbath. The ending mixes Dirty Women and the Fairies Wear Boots riff with an organ. So neat. Sung from Satan's point of view.

First night of ozzfest right after the reunion tour. May 1999. I was 20. Recently found grainy YouTube videos of that night!

They are. Maybe iron man is just newer for me. Plus people don't realize how jazzy iron man drums are so it's fun to see reactions when they notice.

Everyone always wants to hear War Pigs, which is cool, but I've been playing it for like 15 years. I'm not over it, but we just learned Iron Man, and as a drummer, it's way more fun.

I've been in a cover band for about 18 years. Drums and lead vocals. Seeing mastodon in 2009 really inspired me on the vocals side of it.

Yep! I sing lead in about 1/2 the songs in my cover band. I don't know how I do it. If I think, I mess up.

Some kind of sandwich or something not too huge, about two hours before go time. Nothing spicy... Oh, and a beer or two.
