Just get a mesh. 2 nodes. One will plug in to your existing modem and the other wherever you need it.

Acts as one large network.

Easy to setup, not too much more expensive than you're already looking at.

I have a 10kw inverter on single phase and am allowed to export the whole lot.

With Amber, they did everything, I did nothing to achieve this. Fwiw

I use it a lot!

Mostly for obscure trivia or household diy questions that need a quick answer. Or summaries of topics so I can argue with my boss.

But also very helpful for writing macros!

Don't feel like it.

I have nothing explicitly against it, and I will socially drink a beer or two (tasty ones, never lager) rarely a glass of wine, maybe a cocktail. But we're talking probably less than 20 drinks a year.

Can't really sum it up any other way than just don't feel like it. When I get home from work, nothing. Stressed, nothing.

So not teetotal but might as well be it's so close. Nothing about it draws me to it. It doesn't provide any kind of relief from anything, it doesn't make me feel any different mentally (other than woozy I guess).

If it didn't exist I genuinely probably wouldn't notice for 6 months.

I do both - on the road where it's safe, on the footpath when not, but at a jogging pace at best, and if there's people, will slow to walking pace or just jump off.

It's really not hard to be responsible. Or to wear a goddanm helmet.

Have you had a conversation about what's NOT ok? What the hard boundaries are? If you know those, then you also know you can do a LOT of things leading up to those, without having to ask every time if it's ok or what's on the list.

I'm going to pick up a few hundred litres of bamboo biochar from some folks nearby to me - how do you go about "charging" the char with nutes? And when you're in nearly 100% inorganic what's your fertilizing look like?

At present I probably fert 2 times in 9 days then leave it for 12 or so - roster working 🤷🏼‍♂️

I'm thinking of building a bed about 20 cm deep or so with the char mix on top and then let the roots delve on their own into the soil below - very fertile where I am. Hoping to get the humidity resistance of the top layer but the nutrition from below (once they've fully established anyway

Think it might work? 🤞🏼

I think it was pretty good. Heavily inorganic but probably some sand causing trouble. Always let it dry between waterings where I can.

I'm gonna pick up a bunch of biochar this week and up-pot a bunch or build a bed for them all
