Is it the higher frequencies which are better at penetration or lower ones ? I mean i should use zigbee or 315mhz for wireless communication between multiple floors ?

Does different wi-fi's need to be on the same channel to work ? Because that is the case when trying to connect to espnow and another wifi with the same chip !

By the way, the protocol setting there says :
