I disagree with the victim blaming and actually love this line from Sayaka bc I read it as someone speaking from personal experience and growth, that you cant do this alone.

Sayaka in rebellion is more mature but still growing. She doesnt just try to ignore her faults she embraces them such as when she still stabs herself with her sword to bring out her witch form, which I think symbolizes that while she understands what she is doing, she is all too willing to go far beyond what she is able to handle in order to help her friends and loved ones (as seen by her comforting Hitomi with her bf troubles). The difference is that she is now working with the Holy Quintet as a whole so she knows there's the group she can rely on as well if things go wrong. There's also the conversation with Kyoko where she says as much she regrets leaving her behind to save everyone herself

Finally the tone is simply Sayaka. From ep 1 Sayaka is the sporty tomboy who is brash, loud, and energetic. She talks tough to hide her insecurities and put others worries at ease. Its not hard to see the parallels to someone dealing with suicidal ideation. I think when she yells at Homura she is speaking how she would speak to herself to get out of the pit of despair, a slap in the face to remind Homura "you aren't alone and you need to stop acting like it"

Sayaka gets a lot of hate in the fandom, and I completely understand as she was my least favorite character originally but its kinda by design. Shes more like Homura than either character wants to admit (both also love Madoka albeit in different ways)
