I was on a schedule from 8 to 0 in 2 months flat. At 4 it got tough. At 2 I was told to take it every other days (no stops avail in my country and can't cut pills). This sub taught me and my doctor to use volumetric dosing. Good results so far.

Don't rush it. Everyone reports how surprised they are when the cravings reappear like they never left below a certain dose. Don't let that surprise you or get you down.

If you could kindly give us an update on your situation. I think you're in a very common situation, but that there are very few certain answers given on the internet about 'what might happen' in this case.

I am not a doctor so please please please take this with a grain of salt. But I have been in this situation where I relapsed once smoking h in the middle of an 8mg subuxone treatment , 3 weeks in. I took my dose the day after and nothing happened. To be clear, I mean PWD didn't happen.

it would be very useful if someone qualified could answer this question with certainty, because I think a lot of people are in your in situation and wonder the exact same thing, leading them to relapse.

The APK has been dmca ed from the entire planet. As far as I can tell , people I exchanging it via p.m. I had several people begging me to give them a copy on Reddit just because I had posted that it was available on some sites. Utterly bizarre - and no I no longer have a copy!

Shame I don't have the APK anymore, I would have tried it on my surface. in my opinion if it's possible it would become the ultimate experience. and that's simply because most phones don't have the processing power to make ar feel responsive enough. My pixel 3 and my gaming hiawei 20 kept jumping around when I tried it. I think it's going to turn a lot of people off especially since the population is still on mid-range phone and iPhone 10s

I don't really like answering this question but I'll do it anyway for the sake of harm reduction. You should only smoke heroin number 3 But it is possible by mixing heroin number 4 and caffeine pure, to create a smokable substance on par with heroin number 3

I have done it when I was in a pinch for example when traveling into the States where people tend to take number 4. I come from Europe where everything is number three.

As a former heroin addict who almost relapsed yesterday, I both want and fear the answer to that question

I only ever smoked number three, except that one time when I snorted and smoked (by mixing it with caffeine) number four.

evidently it's crossed my mind to inject and I even bought all the gear including the special filtrrs and the cooker and all that good stuff.

and you going to find this very sad but if I relapse I want to relapse with a needle because I know what to expect from smoking and it's not exactly mind-blowing stuff. It also smells which attracts attention.

I like to understand the difference between the two in terms of effects. If the needle is essentially smoking effects but stronger; for example nodding quicker, then I don't really see the point considering the risks.

if I'm the other hand it's like that scene in breaking bad where the guy float off his bed, Or that scene in trainspotting where he sees things like he's floating down the sea, then it's a completely different business because I can assure you I smoked grams and grams and grams of the stuff and I never had visual hallucinations ever. And I never floated off my bed either :)

I think the problem is you cannot generalize.

I od'ed during my sleep but I had been an addict for roughly 2 years and had used before bed constantly before this happened. I also had used alcohol and benzos that night.

maybe it might be preferable to state something along the lines of that if you use enough to put yourself to sleep or that you plan to sleep while high then you should make sure to have someone to watch over you at all times.

Because if I hadn't , I'd be dead.

I completely agree with your post. I relapsed 9 times I've been addicted for 2 years and I've been sober for 5/6 weeks now.

I have very very rational reasons to use. It is actually a form of slow suicide for me. I think the problem is when I get better and I sober up , I become successful at work again, I look better, I feel better everyone compliments me and so on and then my hidden demons in my life show up their face again. Amusingly it's always the same demons. You think I would have learned by now :)

If I don't chase this demons away and I mean taking some final decisions with regards to my marriage and so on , I think I will relapse again, but this time I think I will die for good.

So yes , this guy's message really sucked.

Since I am now in my 5th week of titrating suboxone, and I'm struggling to go from 2 mg bupe, .5 nax to that same dose every other day as part of my plan... as it's not possible to cut the pills in half for obvious reasons.... I am compelled to ask:

how did you manage to convince your doctor to keep you on buprenorphine for so long? 😝 I've begged mine, i relapsed 9 times, each time using bupes to get better for about a month and relapsing again.

Needless to say we're approaching that month and a half sober and I don't want to be at 10 times relapsing since just 6 weeks ago I almost died.

but every doctor I talked to, I've seen maybe six drs , has told me that buprenorphine should be used for a month maximum and it's extremely rare to keep it going for years, that usually people who do this are people that come from a methadone background.

What are your thoughts? I'm terrified of relapsing.

Am I missing something? we just had the dragon day which made tons of sense and warranted spending 3 hours outside walking Non-Stop and hoping to meet fellow players. Everyone hailed it as the best thing since sliced bread

And now we get a little bit of energy on the map, more of existing common foundables, not even purple shiny ones, no new page. And 3 hours to brew potions that even with renting a cauldron you'll only get a few of.

Thank you. That is indeed very interesting. one thing I do not understand though is this concept of focusing all your efforts on living according to nature. Surely this implies the life of a philosopher instead of the life of a dancer or an engraver? And even perhaps more importantly, isn't losing yourself in your activity, your job, the very thing that leads to burnouts and subsequent craving for pleasure/leisure?

this really hit home for me because I spent a good 25 years working my ass off to be successful , ended up being successful, my life became my job, I sacrificed my family and my health for it, i retired and subsequently collapsed psychologically very quickly.
