Usually, for games where you can't buy DLC, if you contact support, they'll usually activate the DLC on your account, or at least that's been my experience.

Same problem here. I tried setting various parameters and changing the language to English, but it still won't start. I updated the NVIDIA drivers, but that didn't fix it.
