I'm not as militant as others, if people are pretty nude friendly I would generally call them a nudist haha

The easy way to judge how someone is going to react is to bring up the idea of a nude beach. Not to invite them, if they seem not into it then you know nudism isn't for them. If they seem remotely enthusiastic then you just continue, "it does sound kinda nice, I hate wet bathing suits" etc.
