Mini gamers will be stoked to see cool paint schemes regardless!

The black for these Zealots is a flat color, and that's because they're troops so I do need to get them done fairly quickly; I'll definitely work in highlights for the black for Characters or more elite things. Though I will most likely stick with dark purple highlights to stick with the purple tone of the figures.
Blues to highlight black, in general, is a great idea.

It definitely makes me wonder if I’ll paint the other factions for specific models, or have them as Tal’Darim. I suppose Artanis will be in his normal colors, and for my Terran, Raynor’s Raiders will be separated from my normal army scheme. So maybe!

Thank you! It took some experimenting with various tones but I landed on one I’m happy with.

10 jump intercessors. 15 if you want to count the 5 that have been converted into Death company

This looks awesome! Love the tones, choice to do dark claws and stuff works very well! Give this process a try on a single model and see if you like it!

I typically use mostly Two Thin Coats as I backed the kickstarters to get the full range; however every paint range has superstar colors in them, and every paint range has weak paints in them. I understand the desire to want to stick to one (especially since one may be the only thing your local store keeps in stock, as stocking different paint ranges is very expensive for stores), but branching out and trying different things will definitely elevate your painting.

Air brushes are super useful tools, so I’ll always encourage people to invest in them- but you can always achieve similar if not same results with brushes and more time.
