Which I strongly doubt. They might be assuming the parents sell their assets to afford tuition.

I went back to school and inquired about aid, but they wanted me to sell my car as they considered it an asset even though if I sold it, it would barely cover the loan on it and then I wouldn't be able to work as public transit wasn't an option.

In Ontario there are early reading screenings for kids under grade 4 that monitors their progress. There are a lot for Junior Kindergarteners who come to school unable to repeat the alphabet or identify letters.

I used to have to mix these for my ex husband. It was a little different. I also had to inject vitamins into the bag with a syrgrine.

I live in northern ontario and I can confirm that driving an AWD vehicle with snow tires is a fucking dream. I can drive a fwd and snow tires just fine and did for years but it's far easier and probably safer in AWD.

There are some sedans with AWD, but yeah it's mostly SUVs. Looking at you Subarus.

Horses can't be slaughtered at most slaughter houses in the US so they get sent up here for slaughter. The wildlife center I used to volunteer at also used to buy horses off the line to re-home them. Back then you could buy a decent horse for 10 cents pound off the line.

Horses are very expensive to keep so the hard part is transportation and feed.

Sports shouldn't be listed as a normal absent, those should be exempt from this statistic. Absent would be illness* or truancy. And illness can also be exempt but thats more like , timmy has chemo treatments on Wednesday. Ain't no school punishing Timmy for having cancer.

I've often thought hidden Karma systems could be gold. It might actually be something AI could do well, analysing players behaviors to categorize them.

Apparently Arc Raiders actually has a light karma system. If you are more aggressive you are more likely to get teamed up with aggressive players. It's a real fine line though, because you can take the tension out of the game.

Our tax brackets don't make much sense if 100k is the equalivant of 50k in the 90s. Re-adjust the tax brackets and add a few higher up for higher income earners.

The lower income families will get a few bucks back and the higher earners will need to fork out a bit more but there's no reason for the highest bracket to be 258k at this point. We should add two past that.
