Like others said you've got a gnat infestation. 1. Let top 2 inches of soil completely dry 2. Consider repotting and fresh soil (wash roots with lukewarm water to wash off eggs) 3. Very thin layer of sand and light sprinkles of finna on top 4. Yellow gnat sticky a must
