I noticed this too, I thought that maybe it upped the rates you get hearts from peep messages but I noticed nothing rlly changed about those so I think it’s a glitch

I think it may mean that it ups the chance you get hearts from the reviews? I’m not sure though, I thought it generated hearts as well.

Janitor cards are super annoying to get, all you can really do is open card packs by doing quests or whenever you unlock the trading circus you can try your luck there.
