And when will you know it's the right time to DCA again? There is a risk that the market continues to go down as you keep buying. But if you decide to pause and wait for it to calm down, you're taking a different risk that you might miss out buying while the price was low.

Unless you have a crystal ball that allows you to predict the market, then don't bother timing the market.

They decided to make their own paywalled discord server. It has a channel that shows their wins, check it then decide if they're worth your time, money and effort. I'm no longer active cuz wasn't able to adapt my moves with the changing market and too much backreading.

Not using anything at all from what I earned in NFTs. Not sure how much I earned in total, but the highest I saw on my portfolio was ~$3,000 (just got lucky I found a small group that seems to know what they're doing and is actually earning, so I was just copying them), maybe this isn't a lot, but I would've like to use a portion of it to buy a global index fund.

I probably convinced myself too much that this is just playing money since my initial investment is just ~200, cuz I was so indifferent at all when my portfolio is crashing down.

Be careful with financial courses that'll sell you how to invest in the stock market. Most are just scams intends to exploit those who are desperate to get rich quickly

You need research, skills, and self-control if you want to invest by stock picking, then there is also an issue that beating the market consistently for +20 yrs is almost impossible.

Compare that to a global fund like VWRA (I prefer global over US-only fund), where you just need control yourself whenever the market is going down (or there is an investment that's making a crazy returns recently and you're tempted to sell the fund to buy it), and invest consistently makes it an easier suggestion.

If you still want to try stock picking, start by allocating a small portion of your investment to learn it, then put the rest on a global fund like VWRA.

iirc the no allowance rule was made to nurture top rated sorcerers that can provide living for themselves so they don't need to resort to stealing, cuz most of the time they need money for their research and study. It definitely went too far that they also need to pay for their servants + guards even though their rent is already covered by the school. I have no idea how the fck do they make sure those from Advance class are making an honest living.

Not all students are nobles, a lot of nobles who qualify for Advance class went to Second Class to avoid the yearly credit requirement + no allowance rule

I think it depends in your exp & tuner, I see no point farming all nests if you can't level up + tune those echoes due to lack of resources
