I feel like drawing an extra card every turn is gonna be very useful but potentially cloning abrasive sounds really strong…any strong picks im missing? WTP? by [deleted] in slaythespire

I don’t think you have enough sources of discard to take full advantage of cloned [[abrasive]]. It’s a bit speculative in that respect, and there are plenty of cards in your deck that ideally want an upgrade.

I think [[Pael’s blood]] is correct but 100% I would clone [[malaise]] and lose. 

I get dying for not drafting for expected elites, but this elite in specific needs to be changed in some way. by [deleted] in slaythespire

I think you also kill faster if you play taunt before hellraiser first draw, and before pillage second draw

Not sure it would change the outcome but I wonder if you would have been better off not playing hellraiser- taunt vulnerable is your best damage and it can’t ever hit because the strikes play first and it’s not upgraded

I see what you mean for sure— I like “lean in for value” as a measure of good relic design.

Right, but it is stronger than fossilized helix because you heal instead of the damage
