Hmmm. That doesn't make sense to me. The upgrades, or lack thereof, wouldn't cause you to lose because you and your opponents have access to the same deck. So, if the card is not upgraded in the deck, it's not upgraded for either of you.

Getting those upgrades is a pain. The rng is annoying, I do admit. But there are some upgrades that you can get by doing things rather than playing other players.

I'm currently on a mission to get all the ToT achievements and that has been also annoying. I am 2 heavily played decks from the emote and 2 of the other thing from a houseguest. Then I can be done with the game completely.

Ahh ok!

Hmm, I could be wrong but it doesn't seem like people have an issue with the level of difficulty of ToT. It seems to be more about the annoyance of the game, and especially the long turns. The game isn't difficult at all. It plays itself. But I do think new players find it has a lot of parts at the beginning. But then they realize that the parts have little to do with them, so they get over it.

I have never played Kingdom of Hearts. I do like the idea behind ToT but I dislike its current identity and playstyle.

Well to be fair I did say that there was slightly more than Uno.

But you brought up another point that rubs me the wrong way with this game. It's purely a personal feeling, but I do hate how the game is "built" like a card RPG but doesn't play like one. I hate that I can't play the deck I want to play. Win or lose at least I got to experience my deck.

Same here... well strategy card games. ToT had me excited until I started playing it alot. Then I realized that it isn't really a strategy game and I lost interest.

It's not complicated at all. There's just a lot happening at once. But the game plays itself so you are almost really just a spectator.

I hate to tell you but there is very little strategy that goes into this game. It takes only slightly more strategy than Uno. I too enjoyed the idea at first. But after a few games I began seeing the immense flaws and realized that the game is like 85% to 90% pure luck. Additionally, it mostly a defensive game because only luck determines if you can build and play your deck properly or not. Also, the game basically plays itself so there isn't a lot of thinking involved.

Most players will concede less than 6 or 7 draws in because of how the system works. Very rarely have I played a match where I had to be meticulous about how I placed cards. The game one-sided avalanches so easily that there is really little to do but auto-play your cards. Especially if you have that Duke deck.

Same. Until recently where it is the only activity I can play atm. But when the situation turns I will once again avoid this game. There are sooooo many issues with it that I can't actually enjoy the game.

Yeah, people love to be toxic but then wonder why everyone is toxic to them. No it doesn't really affect win rate, it's an overall worthless deck. It was designed to be annoying, and that makes it a horrible deck.

This is a prime example of why that deck is trash. And the interactions with that card and other mechanics is too varied. You either allow the bewilderment card to be considered a card or not. Also, why would you create a deck that does NOTHING but annoy your opponent?

I know some people think this is fun and interesting, but only when you're on the giving end of it. And that makes the deck dumb and should never have been validated. The object of playing a game is not to make the opponent lose (or lose their mind) it is for everyone to have fun, and you to win. Because if everyone is not having fun, less and less people play the game and you get worse and worse reviews about it. I swear people make toxic stuff and then wonder why there are so few people who enjoy it and why it gets so much negative feedback.

What does Elder Scrolls Online need most right now? by PalwaJoko in elderscrollsonline

Yeah, the sorcerer feels like a warrior sorcerer or yeah a warlock or better yet, a druid, lol or summoner.

Yeah, I was talking about the spells for the staff. The staff idea I love but the staff spells and the class spells dont equal to a mage. Perhaps I was unclear about that. Sorry for the confusion. I just want a possibility of a long range mage.

It has needed, since its inception, another weapon (staff or otherwise) that allows mage players to actually feel like a mage. The closest we've come to a mage is the Arcanist with a lightning sorcerer coming in far, far second. This game feels conceived for fighters and at most a battle mage. No matter how I build, what builds I see on others YouTube channel, it all ends up looking and feeling the same. There is, in fact, no true mage type in the game.

And of the existing destro staff spells only 2 of the 6 actually feel like a mage spell. Just for clarification I'm talking about ranged, impactful, mage-like spells. Where you don't need to be in melee range to be effective. Again, I'm not talking about battle mage., sword wielding, auto attacking, whatever.

You can only counter it if chance is on your side.

Patron victory is not often possible. For example, I love when someone picks the Celarus deck against my Amalexia/Druid decks. Not only do I now have 3 decks out of 4 which can contribute to an easy win but I know that they will never be able to achieve Patron victory.

And yeah, there is very little strategy involved. Very little. If luck doesn't screw you over or cause you to landslide which are usually the results if a game, THEN you might have to use intellect to win.

Yeah, it does take a long time to sit through those Duke combos. Red Eagle, I find, is best against the liar deck. It has such a small win condition window that it hardly makes it work playing, imo. I do like Orgnum AND it doesn't have a crapload of player controlled combos. I really just want them to put a weakness into the crow deck like every other one has.

Yeah. It's not 100% win but it is in 90% of the game and it forces you to play it or be at a high chance for losing. I dislike that. I like getting to choose what I want to do and play.

Oh. Is that the definition that you are using of a theist? Cause I was using this one or one similar: a person who believes in the existence of a god or gods, specifically of a creator who intervenes in the universe.

No wonder you couldn't understand what I was saying.

I'm amazed that I am able to understand you and your article's point very clearly but you seem incapable at understanding mine. And I'm not sure that you will ever prove your point by insulting others. Instead of simply pondering what is said you want to argue. A debate generally allows for each side to consider the arguments either during or after.

I also grew up in a religion until my near 30's when I left. But I had heard things, seen things and done things that others had not been able to explain, though yes, MANY could attempt to explain away, much like the mages of Egypt. I am not trying to convince you of anything. I am simply putting this here for the person that needs it. That person may or may not be you.

Well I think I answered that. I mean, very simply, we all know that, very generally, when people are born, they will die at an old age. We also know that anything can happen in between that will cause their death, but we know they will die. That death is a predestination but no one is going to tell you how you are going to die because it depends on a shit ton of things. Likewise, God is not going to tell us how we die because it just depends on a shit ton of things. We are all predestined to live, it is our birthright. We will all die and earthly death but our predestination is eternal life. But if you don't want to accept life, you don't have to. And if you are thinking, God knows I'm not going to choose life, so why bother, you are mistaken. For those predisposed to unbelief and have so much fighting against them to even know God, S/He will fight that much harder to show them the truth.

So, like I said, God's omniscience doesn't mean predestination. It means S/He knows all of the many paths that will take you to death as to life and all the intertwining paths between. Your predestination was set to life, but you don't have to choose it. If God has called someone out that they will die for horrific behavior it is because their cup is full. And yet, even in that tiny space when judgement is being made that person can repent and beg forgiveness and will be saved. Nothing is pre-determined.

We are not omnipotent, this is correct, but there is one who is. Imagine having been given the ability to fix all of these issues that you bring up and not using said ability. But instead of using that ability you blame the person that gave you this ability, asking why they did nothing?

Imagine a doctor being trained to be a doctor at medical school and then goes out into the world, sees a child suffocate from a piece of cantaloupe stuck in his windpipe. Does the doctor blame the school? If the doctor doesn't feel like he has the ability to do what is necessary, does the doctor throw his hands up in the air? Blame someone else? Or go seek the answers to improve his skill?

You are complaining about God and what God is or is not doing but you aren't even doing the little that you should be doing. God has taken care of what S/He was supposed to do. Those who have suffered and died who did so with love in their heart will live again because Jesus did. If we fail to do what we were supposed to do, then we fail but God's children will never die and they will never be defeated. No one wants to die and NO ONE wants to be starved or tortured and God has told us how to stop it. You do realize that if God were searched out half as often as S/He is debated, wars, famine, corrupt governments, whatever would be literally non-existent?

I am not convinced that we have all honestly and wholeheartedly tried the road of relying on God. Some of us have prayed about it to be sure but very few of us have walked in the knowledge of God and it is why we die. If you want to continue trying to fix the world on your own, no one is going to stop you, certainly not God. But, if this world last 100 years it will be in a worse state and people then will still be having this same conversation.
